Veterinarians | Facility
Gwynedd Veterinary Hospital has a dedicated team of veterinarians with extensive experience in emergency and critical care as well as routine veterinary medicine. A doctor is on-site at all times, 24 hours a day, to care for emergency cases. Doctors are available by appointment for routine care and sick visits 7days a week, for your convenience. Drop-off cases, ultrasounds and surgeries are scheduled Monday through Friday.
The "Team" approach we advocate involves both our staff veterinarians as well
as outside veterinarians who refer cases to Gwynedd Veterinary Hospital. Doctor
rounds are convened three times a day, where we discuss each case in-depth
to form a cohesive plan for treating your pet. On-staff specialist Dr. Bill
Rogatz participates in rounds and is available for consultation
as needed. If your pet is seen on an emergency or referral basis, your regular
veterinarian is updated regularly on your pet's condition.
A Doctor or Technician discharge appointment is scheduled when your pet is ready to go home. Detailed home care instruction sheets are provided, and care and medications are reviewed. Follow-up phone calls for all appointments (excluding vaccine visits) and all hospitalized patients facilitate continued care for your pet at home.
At
Gwynedd Veterinary Hospital, our primary focus has been to provide the area's
most advanced veterinary medical care since we began our emergency service
in 1996.
