Dr. Masha Rubin

Dr. Rubin graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  She comes to us after finishing an internship at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Delaware in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. 

Dr. Rubin moved here from Russia in 1980 and now resides in Pennsylvania with her cat Cy and her dog Peshka.
